In light of its concern giving solution to the various problems of the municipality, the local government unit decided to formulate an ELA that imposed policies geared towards economic growth and social stability. These policies includes among others:1. Development policies of Paniqui must jive consistently with the ten point agenda of the national leadership to “Beat the Odds”. B - Balance Budget E - Education for all A - Automated Election T - Transport & Digital infrastructure T - Terminate the MILF & NPA conflict H - Heal the wounds of EDSA E - Electricity and Water for all Barangays O - Opportunities for 10 million jobs D - Decongest Manila D - Develop Clark & Subic 2. Strict enforcement and land use regulation. 3. Cost sharing with other local units. 4. Development policies in support to production. 5. Capable and well trained personnel. 6. Implementation of eGovernance projects to utilize modern technology in the delivery of services to the people.  |
