The Municipality envisions Paniqui to become a home for happy and economically stable people. The overall goal leads to the improvement of the quality of life of every Paniquenian characterized by healthy, well-educated, peace loving, God fearing, well disciplined and empowered citizenry growing to be a self reliant and productive community.

OVERALL DEVELOPMENT GOAL

The ultimate goal of Paniqui, is to become a progressive and highly developed community in the northern part of Tarlac Province. It is where economic investment and agricultural sector shall flourish. Adequate infra-facilities in supporting this goal include programs for a healthy environment conducive for the establishment of human settlement, economic and social institutions. The program for flood control measures shall be in place and functioning fully in the locality. Paniquenians will enjoy the benefits of the social welfare in the health and nutrition, education, recreation and livelihood.
