Paniqui is experiencing a rapid growth in the business arena particularly around the Poblacion area where most of the trading takes place. The newly constructed public market have opened with around 354 stalls with around 535 small business operating within.

Around 1,054 business establishments are clustered around barangays while the barangays of Poblacion and Estacion are considered as commercial centers. Others are scattered in different barangays.

There are existing resolutions and ordinances on the Market Code, Zoning Ordinance and Investment Code.

Infrastructure facilities supporting trade and commerce are:

*      Improved potable water distribution.
*      The presence of eleven banking and financing institutions.

*      Existence of modern communication facilities.
*      Sixty two percent of the road network has been concreted, mostly farm to market roads.
