You can fly from the US and other countries using the following airlines:

Flight time is anywhere from 12 hours (Philippine Air Lines) to 18 hours (Northwest Air Lines w/ stop over Japan).

The Philippine Peso currency is the official tender while you are in the Philippines. You'll need a passport. No visa is required for stays of 21 days or less. The US State Department Consular Information Sheet for the Philippines is at http://travel.state.gov/philippines.html.

Paniqui is approximately three and a half hours from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Arrangement can be made to pick you up from the airport. Rentals are available for approximately:

Local buses are available also for those who are used to the Philippine Transportation System.

Paniqui is easily reached by land transportation. It is traversed from North to South or vice-versa by the well improved Mac Arthur Highway. In fact, the shortest route from Manila to Baguio, and to the Ilocos Region passes this Municipality.

The Paniqui Welcome Ark, a visible and remarkable landmark, greets visitors as they enter the Municipality.

MacArthur Highway cuts across the Poblacion. However, due to traffic clog during peak hours, especially during market days, a diversion road was constructed outside the town.

From Manila or in Pampanga, you take a northbound bus with destinations to any of the following: Dagupan, Baguio, Tayug, San Carlos, Laoag, Abra, Bangued, Vigan, and La Union. Preferably buses are Victory Liner, Five Star, Fariñas, Viron Transit, Dagupan Bus, Philippine Rabbit, Fermina, Santrans, Times Transit, Dominion, Parthas, Maria De Leon, RCJ Liners, Auto Bus, and Amianan Liners.

The closest airports are the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport in Clark Field, Pampanga (1 hour ride), Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City (4 hours), and Loakan Airport in Baguio City (3 hours).

From Baguio and Pangasinan, you just board any southbound bus that will go further than Tarlac City.
