Business Registration and Licensing |

Business permit and licensing is one of the major revenue collection function of the Local Government Unit. The collection on business permits and licenses, being the primary source of the Municipality's income lay the benchmark from which the plans and programs is established. The tax computation is based on the gross annual income of a business entity an some other fees.
A newly established business tax due computation is based on their capital outlay.
Requirements:
For New Applicants:
- DTI Registration
- Capital Investment
- SEC Registration (Partnership/Corporation)
- Schools ( DECS Clearance and Bldg. Permit)
For Renewal of Applicants:
- Submission of Sworn Statement of Gross Sales duly notarized
Procedure:
- Go to the Treasury office with the documentary requirements for the assessment of fees.
- Pay the assessed fees for the issuance of official receipts.
- Once the application business is approved, it will be released at the Office of the Mayor.
