Registration of live birth or birth certificate is a very important document needed by every citizen. This usually a requirement for school enrollment, employment, marriage, passport application and many other things. It authenticity can only be verified through the civil registrar. If you are born in this municipality, you will have to secure this document from the municipal civil registrar. They shall issue a certified true copy of this document if your birth is indeed registered on this municipality. The fee is 50 pesos per application and is processed within a day of receipt of application and payment of the fees. 2. Please be ready to supply the following information:
3. Proceed to the Treasury Office for the payment of fees. 4. Present your official receipt to the Local Civil Registry along with your application to receive your true copy of birth certificate. You may also request an NSO copy of your birth certificate in security paper (SECPA) from the Local Civil Registrar with a standard fee of P300.00.  |
